These are custom food items and as such there may be some slight variance in final sizes and print colors, and should not be compared to non-edible items. The print quality is also affected by the quality and resolution of the image you provide. Images with dark backgrounds are also at risk of poor print quality.
Custom print orders require 1-3 business days processing time, in addition to the shipping time. If faster processing is needed, please call us for a faster expedited processing service at an additional cost.

To print edible cupcake toppers, you'll need an edible ink printer and edible paper, such as frosting sheets or wafer paper. Design your toppers using any graphic software that you like and print them using the edible ink printer, and then place the toppers to place on your cupcakes. Our frosting sheets come in pre-cut sizes so you can choose from 3" circles, 2.5" circles etc that are precut, so you can just peel and apply to your cupcakes. Our wafer paper is not pre-cut, so you would print and then cut your individual toppers with a scissors.
Custom Printed Cookie Toppers and Cupcake Toppers - To ensure the longevity of these personalized toppers, store them in a zip lock bag at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored, these toppers can maintain their quality and vibrancy for several months, enhancing your baked creations.
For printing cupcake toppers, frosting sheets are typically best and most common as they are flexible. If you want the toppers to be more sturdy (such as standing up, or remain more flat) wafer paper is best. Our cupcake toppers are typically printed on frosting sheets, unless you have a specific need/request for wafer paper and request that.
We do not carry pre-printed toppers or designs. We can only print your custom cookie and cupcake toppers if you provide us with a ready-to-print, high-resolution design. This ensures the best quality for your personalized toppers.
A Cricut machine can "cut" cupcake toppers. Using its cutting and design capabilities, you can create intricate and custom shapes from various materials. But it cannot "print" cupcake toppers. To print cupcake toppers you need an edible ink printer.

You can use multiple images on the same sheet, by using our "image design" tool. This tool gives you the flexibility to add text, upload multiple images, create collages, and more.
The Inkedibles website currently allows for multiple images per order but only if the different images are used for different products. Only 1 unique image can be used per product. For example, if ordering an 8" round frosting sheet circle sheet, and a 3" round frosting sheet circle sheet, those are 2 separate products, so you can use different images per product, on the same order.
