I can print the Nozzle check pattern fine but every time I try to print something even just a test print from windows 10 settings page It gives an out of paper error. The tray is all the way back when I start the print but immediately moves all the way forward. Is there a paper setting wrong? See more »

Make sure that the paper setting is set to A4 size and that borderless printing is NOT checked. Also, ensure that the full driver is installed for the Inkedibles printer and not just the generic drivers which Windows installs. Please see your user manual for Driver installation links.

Cakepro printers have waste pads. Each time a cleaning is performed or a page is printed, Virtual pads in the printer are being consumed. In reality the rate ink is being discharged in a waste bottle, but the printers electronic pads are being consumed…

There are many different types of Cakepros and each model has its own height adjustment mechanism. On the Quatro series - Improper height when printing means that the substrate is not placed in direct line of sight of the sensors. Please center the objects in Columns 1/3.5/6 using the Ruler in Word template creation. On the CP770/800 series - Improper height when printing means that the user has not used the auto calibrate mechanism from the LCD panel - Red circle. On the CP850 series - Improper height when printing means that the user has not used the auto calibrate mechanism from the Auto Switch I. Inkedibles offers ready filled cartridges for the Cakepro800 model for all generation types v1/2/3. Inkedibles does not sell empty cartridges. Each cartridge is recommended to be refilled up to 7 times for optimal performance. Cartridges are available through Inkedibles site - under edible ink cartridges and then under Direct to Food cartridges. Or simply use the search bar and type in Cakepro800

In order to print anything you need to make sure that your printhead is in good working condition. A nozzle check pattern will allow you to check all channels of the printhead. Up to 3 missing spots per color is allowed on the nozzle check, anything more means that additional cleaning is needed in order to get the head up to printing capability.
