Inkedibles Return Policy

NON-EDIBLE Products: We will happily accept returned unopened and unused non-edible products as follows:

  1. For refunds within 30 days of the shipping date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, shipping costs are nonrefundable and any free shipping from the original order will be deducted from the refund.
  2. For store credit within 180 days with no restocking fees, shipping costs are nonrefundable and full shipping will be charged on the order using the store credit when shipped.

EDIBLE Products: We are sorry but we cannot accept EDIBLE products for return as these considered consumable by the FDA are not resalable upon return. Edible Products include edible ink, edible paper, cookies, and any product that can be consumed or used directly on food to decorate food (such as edible decoration supplies). Custom Printed orders such as custom printed cookies, frosting sheets etc. are also non-returnable for any reason and cannot be cancelled once in production.

EQUIPMENT (such as edible ink printers, CakePro Direct to Food printers): You can always count on us for technical assistance and we will do our best to troubleshoot any problems that you may have. Please note that sales on equipent are final and no returns or refunds are permitted. All printers and machines are sold with a 1 year warranty, any issues that may arise must be remedied per warranty. Any printer, machine or equipment such as Edible Ink Printers, CakePro Direct to Food Printers, etc. is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. IMPORTANT: Chocolate Transfer sheets, Frosting sheets, Edible Ink and other items can be very delicate and must be handled with care. All items are checked and ship from our facilities in pristine condition. Some can experience damage or weather related changes during shipping to some regions and in some seasons if the recommended special shipping method and/or recommended thermal/insulated packaging options are not selected. If a customer chooses not to select the recommended/expedited shipping methods or additional special packaging options such as thermal insulation packaging, we will not be responsible for damage that may occur during shipping. Please read about the sensitivities of the products you are using (or ask us to advise) so that you can understand the proper shipping, handling, storage and care.

CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES / UNDELIVERED PARCELS / LATE SHIPMENTS:
Cancellation, order change, or address correction requests must be called in before 11 a.m. PST. Please note that once an order is placed, although we will do our best to make any requested changes, we cannot guarantee that the changes can be made because the order may already be in our processing cycle, or may have already shipped. If your parcel is not delivered to you via the shipping carrier, you must notify us within 15 days of the expected delivery date. Due to shipping carrier procedures and guidelines, we cannot file disputes or claims with shipping carriers like the USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. past a certain time (varies per carrier, but typically within 15-30 days of the expected delivery date, and never to exceed 30 days from the ship-out date).
Custom Print Orders cannot be cancelled. Equipment purchases are typically built to order, sales are final and no returns or refunds are permitted. Should a cancellation request be approved after the build of your printer/equipment order has commenced, the order will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
With regards to any orders delivered late, under no circumstance is a refund applicable just because an order is "late". While we take all efforts to deliver within the delivery windows expected, delays can occur, including delays with carriers.
