Chocolate molds are very exciting and a fun way to create homemade candies in just 2-3 simple steps. The idea of making chocolates with your own shape is a pretty good idea to celebrate a special occasion like birthday, anniversary, or any other special days. So, if you are planning to create something cute and simple at home, then begin with making chocolates using chocolate molds. Here are given some easy steps to use chocolate molds effectively-
• Add chocolates into the glass bowl and microwave it for 25 to 30 seconds.
• Stir the chocolate for 15 to 30 seconds until it is smooth. If there are still small bits of chocolate, then microwave for another few minutes and stir again.
• Carefully place liquid chocolate into the mold cavities without overfilling.
• Place the candy mold and tap against the counter until the chocolate is even. If necessary, add more chocolate and tap again.
• Place the mold into the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. Then take the candy out of the country by tapping mold against it.
• Repeat all the processes for more candies.
If you wish to use multicolored layer in the candies, allow the first color to dry and set completely before adding the next. You can expedite this process by placing your half filled mold in the freezer and let the contents dry up. Once you get different colored layers, you can add base color to fill up the rest of the mold.
For cleaning the molds, use soapy water and rinse thoroughly and then dry.
